Monk is a mobile application designed to help you reduce distractions and improve focus by managing your device usage. The App uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs and related services to provide blocking schedules, app/category restrictions, and screen time tracking.

You may sign in using Apple ID or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Users under the age of 13 must have consent from a parent or guardian.

• Monk offers monthly and annual subscription plans.

• Annual subscriptions may include a free trial period, as stated in the App.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of any free trial.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or processed directly through the App Store.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent Monk’s blocking features.

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of screen time tracking or blocking features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymath Labs Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to the effects of app blocking, unblocking, or tracking inaccuracies.

We may update or change the App’s features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
